MEET THE COACHES
Founder, Head Coach

Jonny is the founder and owner of Crosswim. He is a former British national champion, winning the 200 breaststroke in 1996/1997 and was team captain for Arizona State University in 2000.
Jonny's also the head coach of Swim Devil Masters. With more than 20 years of experience, he's a pro when it comes to all things water-related. He is U.S. Masters Swimming Level 1 and 2 certified and uses his expertise to make swimming accessible to athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Jonny is a trained chef with a degree from Cordon Bleu from SCI, so he can whip up some healthy post-workout grub.
Coach, PR & Marketing

Taylor is an NASM certified personal trainer and Body Positive Coach with a passion for getting people moving. She also oversees PR and marketing efforts for Crosswim.
A lifelong athlete, Taylor hopes her love of fitness (and killer workouts) inspires and motivates people to be their best, both in the pool and in the real world.
An Arizona native, Taylor swam with Swim Devil Masters and coached Crosswim during her time as a student at ASU.

Nick will push you past your limits. His workouts focus on building endurance both in and out of the pool.
A native of Michigan, Nick started swimming at age four and the sport has been a part of his life ever since. While attending ASU, Nick was on the men's rowing team, swam with Swim Devil Masters and was both a participant and a coach for Crosswim. He is an avid runner has qualified for the 2018 & 2019 Boston Marathon.
Trevor’s passion lies in inspiring people of all ages and abilities to push themselves outside of their comfort zone. He co-founded November Project Phoenix in 2015, part of a free fitness movement across more than 40 cities worldwide, and has worked with both local and global businesses to embolden the community to get outside and move.
Trevor qualified for the 2018 Boston Marathon and has competed in numerous running and triathlon events from 5ks to ultra-marathons. He can often be found leading free workouts in his garage (@garagegym480), biking the streets of Tempe, and playing cheerleader to his three sons.
